  • If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Refund 

  • A refund is applicable if the customer provides valid proof that the delivered product does not meet quality standards.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately.
  • The issue must be reported on the same day of receiving the order. Once the product reaches and verified at our processing center, we will process a refund.

  • Our team will assess the concern and take appropriate action.
