Do you deliver to all locations in India?

Yes, we deliver to most pincodes in India.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We aim to ship orders within 5-7 working days. For tailored or customized orders, delivery timelines may vary, and updates will be shared with you.

Is shipping free for all orders?

Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders above ₹999.

What happens if the delivery fails after multiple attempts?

If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to our store and treated as cancelled. You can email or WhatsApp us to arrange re-shipment.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Report issues on the same day of receiving the order by emailing apparelbysila@gmail.com or WhatsApping us at +91-9171212205.

Can I return or exchange a customized or tailored product?

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for tailored or customized products. Alterations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once the product reaches our processing center, we will dispatch your exchange order within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please read the Returns & Exchanges Policy and fill the form available on the Returns and Exchanges Page to initiate the process.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed if requested on the same day the order was placed. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Can I cancel a customized order?

No, cancellations for tailored or customized products are not allowed once production begins.

How will refunds for cancellations be processed?

Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card with one-year validity. Refunds will not be processed back to the original payment source.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through 100+ modes, including domestic and international credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, PayLater, and wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay, and MobiKwik.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after approval.
