We at SILA strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that certain situations may require a return or exchange .We only accept returns in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or other significant issues. If you encounter a size issue, we are happy to offer a free exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and must not be tampered with.
Process
  • Fill this form to request an exchange.
  • Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange for a return pick-up within 72 hours.
Shipping and Delivery
  • Once the product reaches our processing center, your exchange order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or similar issues.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately.
  • The issue must be reported on the same day of receiving the order. Once the product reaches and verified at our processing center, we will process a refund.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Fill this form and attach pictures of the damaged or defective item to request a return
  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pick-up within 72 hours.

Refund Timelines

  • It may take 3-7 working days for the product to reach our processing center.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days once the product reaches our processing center.

Packaging Instructions

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Place the original packaging inside protective shipping material to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

    Guidelines for Pickup of Return Items
    • If the pickup is cancelled by the customer or fails after 3 attempts, no further returns or exchanges will be provided.
    • Ensure the correct item for return is handed over to the pickup executive. Incorrect items will incur additional reverse and forward shipping charges for correction.

    Custom and Tailored Orders
    • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for tailored or customized products.
    • Alterations Only: Alterations can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Requests for alterations must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Care Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
    • Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Avoid makeup stains or any other marks on the product.
