Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and must not be tampered with.
- Fill this form to request an exchange.
- Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange for a return pick-up within 72 hours.
- Once the product reaches our processing center, your exchange order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery timelines vary from 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or similar issues.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team immediately.
- The issue must be reported on the same day of receiving the order. Once the product reaches and verified at our processing center, we will process a refund.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

- Fill this form and attach pictures of the damaged or defective item to request a return
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pick-up within 72 hours.
Refund Timelines
- It may take 3-7 working days for the product to reach our processing center.
- Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days once the product reaches our processing center.
Packaging Instructions
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Place the original packaging inside protective shipping material to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Guidelines for Pickup of Return Items
- If the pickup is cancelled by the customer or fails after 3 attempts, no further returns or exchanges will be provided.
- Ensure the correct item for return is handed over to the pickup executive. Incorrect items will incur additional reverse and forward shipping charges for correction.
Custom and Tailored Orders
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for tailored or customized products.
- Alterations Only: Alterations can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Requests for alterations must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Care Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
- Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Avoid makeup stains or any other marks on the product.
